Tecma Associates is pleased to announce that we have been selected to provide Construction Management Services for the Shoe Factory Road Improvement Project in Cook County. We are proud to partner with Gannet Fleming | TranSystems, the Thomas Engineering Group, and MSL as our subconsultants.
This project, led by the Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways, focuses on reconstructing and widening Shoe Factory Road from Essex Drive to east of Beverly Road. This project will enhance roadway safety, improve traffic flow, and modernize key corridors. Our role will include overseeing construction operations, ensuring quality control, managing project documentation, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
